The Indian stock market is set to open flat-to-lower today, tracking weak cues from Asian peers and a sharp sell-off in U.S. stocks futures. At 7:55 AM, GIFT Nifty futures were trading 27.5 points, or 0.10 lower at 25,063, indicating a muted started for the benchmark indices, the BSE Sensex and the NSE Nifty.

Q4 results today: Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India, Bharat Electronics, DLF, DOMS Industries, Gujarat Gas, HEG, One MobiKwik Systems, NLC India, Petronet LNG, Pfizer, PI Industries, Quess Corp, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company, and Zydus Wellness are set to release their March quarter results today.

Vodafone Idea : The cash-strapped telecom company has moved the Supreme Court after the government rejected its plea to waive more than $5 billion in interest and penalties related to statutory dues.

Delhivery : The logistics company has posted a net profit of ₹72.6 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to a loss in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue rose by 5.6% YoY, and EBITDA zoomed nearly threefold to ₹119 crore.

Divi's Lab s: The pharma company has posted a net profit of ₹662 crore for the fourth quarter, while its revenue stood at ₹2,585 crore during Q4FY25.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories : The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed a GMP inspection at the company’s API Middleburgh facility in New York and issued a Form 483 with two observations.

Bharat Electronics : The PSU defence company has received additional orders worth ₹572 crore since April 7, including for Integrated Drone Detection and Interdiction System (IDDIS), Software Defined Radio (SDR) and Data Communication Unit (DCU) for attack guns.

Bajaj Auto : The auto major’s subsidiary, Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, has inked a loan agreement amount of 566 million euros with JP Morgan, DBS Bank, and Citigroup Global Markets Asia.

Max Healthcare Institute:  The company’s subsidiary, Crosslay Remedies, is set to acquire a 4,000 sq. m plot of land, including the existing building on it, situated next to Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vaishali, for ₹120 crore.

JSW Steel : The board of directors of the company will meet on May 23 to discuss raising long-term funds and also consider a proposal for dividend distribution.

NBCC (India) The realty company has successfully sold 446 flats in Noida, raising a total of ₹1,468 crore.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries : The drug maker has received approval from US FDA for a new medical device that treats a skin disease called actinic keratoses.
